Subscription Policy

Service

Bleyt Solutions Limited is a financial technology Company specifically involved in Cash Management, transparent expenses/Payroll tracking and other related services.

Bleyt Wallet is a virtual wallet Platform wallet we provide for our users and issue personalized Cards –physical and virtual that allow credit and debit transaction.

Platform

The Bleyt Platform includes the Mobile Application, Website, USSD options, Bleyt Wallet and other virtual means by which a user may access the Bleyt Services.

Purpose

In furtherance of our goal to be the most preferred financial management platform for both corporate and individual subscribers and remain compliant to all relevant regulatory body specifically but not limited to the Central Bank of Nigeria, we have set out this Policy which is hereby incorporated to our Terms and Condition of Use by way of incorporation and shall be binding on all users of the Bleyt Platforms and Subscribers to Bleyt Service in any form.

Consent

The Clicking or the accept icon is a revocable acceptance to this Policy and/or a continued use of the Platform is deemed acceptance and agreement to be bound by this policy in its entirety.

Rejection or acceptance of this Policy or any of the terms thereof shall mean a denial of access to any of the Bleyt Platforms and a denial of access to any of the Services.

Update and Review

As law and our business exigencies may require, an update, change, alteration, addition and/deletion may be done to this Policy. In such instance we shall give a general notification of such change to users which shall be accepted for continued use of our Platforms.

Assurance

All our users are assured of our high commitment to confidentiality, security and integrity of their personal data. We deploy efficient technology to ensure that no unauthorized access is granted and ensure that personal data is processed strictly in compliance with our disclosures and regulatory requirements.

Full details of our Data Assurance remain as contained in our Privacy Policy which shall be read and interpreted together with this Policy.

We continually cooperate with Competent Authorities and comply promptly with all the requests made in pursuant with the law and provide information to the CBN, NFIU and other relevant government agencies.

Know-Your-Customer (KYC) Requirements –Personal Information

In compliance to extant laws specifically and best Business Practice, we use the Bank Verification Number- BVN as our major means of customer identification for account opening. Additionally, we shall require the following information from our users;

  1. Customer name
  2. Email address
  3. Phone number
  4. Address

We allow a Daily Limit of ₦1,000,000

Monthly Limit of ₦10,000,000

Airtime daily limit will be subjected to daily and monthly limits

The monthly transaction limit of a user here can be increased to ₦10,000,000, in certain circumstances and meeting some additional requirements.

In certain circumstances, we adopt the Tiered Know Your Customer Requirements which focuses on promoting financial inclusion for low-value and medium-value accounts

Level 1- Low Level Accounts

Our Responsibility

  1. Subject to close monitoring;
  2. A maximum single deposit of Twenty Thousand Naira Only - N20, 000.00;
  3. A maximum of Two Hundred Thousand Naira - N200, 000.00 savings is allowed as deposit at a particular time;
  4. A maximum single transaction of Three thousand Naira Only- N3,000.00 and a maximum daily limit of Thirty Thousand Naira Only;

Level 2- Medium Level Accounts

Our Responsibility

  1. Subject to close monitoring
  2. A maximum single deposit of Twenty Thousand Naira Only - N20, 000.00
  3. A maximum of Two Hundred Thousand Naira - N200, 000.00 savings is allowed as deposit at a particular time
  4. A maximum single transaction of Three thousand Naira Only- N3,000.00 maximum daily limit of Thirty Thousand Naira Only

All our accounts are frequently monitored by our team and we are obliged to;

  1. Validate your BVN before the linkage with customers’ accounts;
  2. Ensure all operated accounts are linked with the signatories’ BVN;
  3. Report confirmed fraudulent individual’s BVN to NIBSS for update of the Watch-list database;
  4. Report the BVN of deceased customers to NIBSS for update on the BVN database;
  5. Render returns to NIBSS for enlisting individuals involved in confirmed fraudulent activities.

Know-Your-Customer (KYC) Requirements –Corporate Information

To operate our business virtual wallets, we require your business ll business contact information: email, phone number and business address. The verification information provided determines the level and rights of your account.

Level 1 – Unregistered Businesses without CAC Documents

The valid means of identification of a director (voter’s card, your driver’s license, your international passport or your National Identity document) is required.

Monthly Limit of ₦500,000 whilst airtime daily limit will be subjected to monthly limits

Level 2 – Registered Businesses with CAC Document

We require the CAC Documentation (Certificate of Incorporation, Particulars of Directors and Company Secretary, Return of Allotment) of the business as well as BVN of the director(s) or proprietor(s) as well as a BVN of the director as well as a valid means of identification of a director (voter’s card, your driver’s license, your international passport or your National Identity document).

Monthly Limit of ₦10,000,000 and Airtime daily limit will be subjected to monthly limits ****

Suspension of Account

If a fraudulent activity is associated with the operation of your account, you agree that we have the right to apply restrictions to your account and report to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

We may suspend your access and transactions on your account where we receive notification of fraudulent activity from a Bank, regulatory body including but not limited to the CBN, NIBSS, FIRS or a Court order.
